Benefits of Membership
The Chamber of Commerce has many ways in which to benefit from membership. From support and promotion to discounts on many different products and services.
Auto-Owners Insurance
Chamber members are eligible for discounts on auto insurance. If your insurance company carries Auto-Owners Insurance, members are given a discount of 10 to 12%.
PHP Healthy Hoosier Discount Plan
Physicians Health Plan (PHP) is now offering discounts to members of the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce through their Healthy Hoosier Discount Plan. Participants can save up to 30% over ACA plan rates. PHP says providing affordable group health benefits is on the the top challenges facing employers today and we feel we have the solution.
The Healthy Hoosier Discount Plan for Chamber member are for employers with 5 to 50 employees. Members of the Huntington County Chamber members also receive an additional 5% discount.

MetroNet
MetroNet offers members of the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce discounts for signing up with their services. If you are a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and are looking for phone, internet, or television service, contact a local agent at (260) 504-2400 for their latest deals.
Eat. Shop. Live. Do More Huntington!
The Chamber of Commerce has begun a program called Eat. Shop. Live. Do More Huntington. By being a member of the Chamber of Commerce, you are given a business decal highlighting your participation, given the opportunity to promote your sales on our specially designed website and Facebook pages. Your sales and specials are then promoted throughout the community and beyond free of charge through the many different businesses and friends of the Chamber of Commerce. There are no fees for Chamber members to participate in the Eat. Shop. Live. Do More Huntington program.
Chamber Bucks Program
The Chamber offers a Chamber Bucks program to any business in Huntington County. Businesses purchase these Chamber Bucks for their employees for a job well done, birthday, anniversary, or that special “thank you.” Employees then can use these Chamber Bucks at local Chamber member businesses. The Chamber supplies the purchaser of the Chamber Bucks with a list of all businesses that participate in the Chamber Bucks program. There are no fees associated with purchasing Chamber Bucks.
Help Wanted
Is your business looking for help? Do you know someone looking for a job? The Chamber can help locate prospective employees or help someone find a job through its help wanted page on the Chamber’s website. Our website is available to everyone looking for a job, while jobs may be posted by Chamber members free of charge. We have new jobs posted daily.
All Chamber members are welcome to place their own employment listing by logging into the Chamber’s website using your user name and password. If you are unsure of how to do this, simply call the Chamber office at (260) 356-5300. We will be happy to walk you through the very easy process. If you prefer, you can always email your job opening to skimmel@fixshowerfaucet.com and we will be happy to post the job for you.
Hot Deals
The Chamber of Commerce continues to offer hot deals to those individuals shopping locally. Hot Deals are business promotions that are offered to all Chamber members free of charge, but can be used by anyone in the community.
If you would like to place a Hot Deal on the Chamber’s website and have it appear on the Chamber’s smartphone app (MyChamberApp), all you need to do is log in to the Chamber’s database and place your deal. Hot Deals are free to Chamber members. This is a great way for the Chamber to help the local business community by offering another option to drive traffic to local retail shops, automotive repair shops, restaurants or any other business that would like to offer a deal to attract customers. There is no cost to participate in the Hot Deal program.
If you are a Chamber member and would like to promote a Hot Deal for your place of business, simply log into the Chamber of Commerce’s database by using your user name and password and post your deal. If you are unsure of how to do this, you can always call the Chamber office at (260) 356-5300 and we will walk you through this easy process. If you prefer, you can always email your deal to skimmel@fixshowerfaucet.com and we will be happy to place your Hot Deal for you. Don’t forget to download the Chamber’s smartphone app by going to www.mychamberapp.com or your favorite app store and look for MyChamberApp.
Events and Activities
If your business is holding a special activity or are helping to organize an activity, you can place the activity on the Chamber’s website free of charge. All you need to do is sign into the website and place your information. If you are not sure how to do this, give us a call at (260) 356-5300 and we will help you get set up. Its free and easy!
SCORE of Northeast Indiana
The Huntington County Chamber of Commerce is a satellite office for the business mentor chapter of SCORE of Northeast Indiana. If you are looking to start a business, need help moving your business forward, or needing some type of advice for your business, call the Chamber office at (260) 356-5300 and we can connect you with a business mentor. All mentoring services are free.
Indiana Small Business Development Center
The Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) holds office hours on a monthly basis at the Chamber of Commerce in Huntington. If you or someone you know are looking to start a business, need help with your business, or just looking for support, members can visit with a representative from the ISBDC at no charge.

All you need to do is download form, fill out the information and send it back to the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce, 40 E.
